The Partners

The practice partners are Geoffrey Kime FCA and Nicholas O'Brien FCA. Together they founded the practice in 1981.

Darren Cliffe   FCCA

Darren joined in 1989 and gained his ACCA qualification in 1998. Darren is the audit manager and looks after all our audit assignments to ensure that the process is as efficient and as painless as possible for our clients. He is always happy to help with advice on all aspects of computer based systems. If your financial controller is considering a new accounting or bookkeeping system, Darren can offer expert impartial advice to ensure the package you buy is right one for you.

Nikki Counsell   ACA MAAT

Nikki joined in March 2002, and went on to pass her AAT examinations in 2004. After attaining her AAT qualification she went straight on to study for her Chartered exams. Nikki qualified as a Chartered Accountant in December 2007. Nikki is involved in all aspects of the practice including accounts preparation, tax work and audit assignments. Nikki is always happy to offer expert advice on all accounting and taxation matters.

Gwen Pyne   MAAT

Gwen, who joined in 1999 and is our Tax Manager looking after all our clients' business and personal tax affairs. For advice on all self assessment income tax matters and payroll related issues Gwen can offer expert help, which of course includes tax planning.
